What’s included
- Fabric defects — faulty stitching, loose seams, tears, holes, scratches, or dye marks
- Hardware defects — malfunctioning tent frames, flag poles, or display hardware due to manufacturing or shipping damage
- Printing errors — misprints or color discrepancies from manufacturing faults
- Normal wear and tear — fading, minor scratches, fabric stretching
- Loss, theft, or mishandling after delivery
- Improper use, assembly, or storage
- Damage from extreme weather, fire, or exposure to high heat
- Fading or discoloration due to harsh chemicals such as bleach or ammonia
How to make a claim
Inspect on arrival
Carefully inspect your product before use. If you notice any visible defects caused during manufacturing or shipping, retain any damaged packaging — it’s needed for claim verification.
Report within 14 days
Contact us immediately if you discover a manufacturer defect within 14 days of receiving your order. Prompt reporting ensures we can resolve your claim quickly.
We assess and resolve
We will provide replacement parts at no additional cost. In cases where the damage is extensive and not repairable, we will replace the entire product. UMI Tent reserves the right to assess claims and determine appropriate resolutions.
