Order cancellations and modifications
Due to the automated nature of our production process and our commitment to fast delivery, orders are processed promptly and may not be eligible for modification or cancellation once placed.

Send an email with “Cancellation” in the subject line and include your order number. We will evaluate the status of your order to determine if modifications or cancellations are possible.
If canceled before production or shipment
You may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment method. If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days, please contact your financial institution.
